Im 6ft 1 and I have only been weightlifting a few weeks but have been doing strongman for about 18 months. I know that's long but I tend to do intermittent fasting quite a bit and together with DHEA I actually gained a lot of muscle mass while leaning out. Yes, I was writing a similar comment before seeing this one. Oh, and knee which was real bad improved a lot with less weight on my feet. I train early in the morning, fasted. I like the design but I don't like seeing it in my body, I don't like the result. the real challenge is getting enough calories in your body to actually gain mass. Plus, I neither smoke nor drink. I barely eat to make up for my lack of exercise, so I don't understand why my weight has increased like this. So "not cutting weight" would mean bumping up 10 lbs from the weight class that I tore apart the year before without the benefit of bulking up. Estrogen dominance causes weight gain around the belly, butt, thighs, and hips. Almost sad that my body is currently changing, and it wont look like it used to during the past years (I've lost roughly 5 kgs during the past months, and I I feel like I've ruined my body and that I will not be able to get my dream job because it will take away all opportunities, especially because it's a well-known tattoo between people my age and I feel like everyone will recognize it and see how ugly it looks. Another 1/3 of the solution came when I added neck exercises (for the back of the neck) to the routine.
